Pizza on a Stick

Ingredients

1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 cup sliced Italian sausage
1/2 French bread loaf, toasted and cubed
1/2 green pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup large fresh mushrooms, quartered
1/2 cup zucchini slices
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup spaghetti sauce, warmed
Preheated oven to 350°

Directions

  1. Slice bread into 1 inch pieces. Cut each slice further into four cubes.
  2. Place bread in toaster oven on broil until lightly toasted.
  3. Thread meat, pre-toasted bread, and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Arrange loaded skewers in a single layer on a baking sheet and brush with Italian dressing.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with warm spaghetti sauce for dipping.
